or Direct Deposit in to our Bank.
You can pay using online banking by transferring into our account using your order number as reference, or pop into your local NAB branch and deposit directly into our account (be sure to take your order number to leave as a payment reference).
DELIVERY & HANDLING INFORMATION
We know you want your purchases as quickly as possible and we endeavour to have all orders shipped within 7-10 working days.
Special Orders not on our website may take longer depending upon the complexity of the job. You will be given a time frame as to when work will be completed and dispatched.

Submitting the order
Please ensure all order details are accurate and complete before submitting the order. If your order is being shipped to a place of business, please include the business name..
To ensure you receive your order for Christmas, we advise that you place your order before the 2nd December.
We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for those orders place after December 2nd.
Our courier, Australia Post, will deliver your package to your nominated address during business hours, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Anyone at the nominated address can accept delivery however they will need to sign for the package.
If no-one is at the designated address to accept delivery, Australia Post will drop the parcel at a local Australia Post Office. A calling card will be left with the post office address and time your parcel will be available to collect. You will then have 7 days to collect your parcel, if it is not collected within this time, it will be returned to Ink & Canvas (additional delivery costs will be incurred should we have to re-send the parcel).
